About me

I am an entrepreneur committed to creating a more beautiful world. I currently work as a brand strategist, UGC and Content Creator, Model and yoga teacher.

My mission began nine years ago, when I founded one of the first webshops in the Netherlands to connect international sustainable clothing brands with conscious consumers. The Take It Slow webshop served customers across Europe and was sold in February 2023.

In the summer of 2025, I moved to a coastal village in Portugal to create a slower, more intentional way of living. One that truly reflects what matters most to me. From here, I’m building my life and work with more presence.

Online Creative
As an UGC and Content Creator, I create visual and written content focused on moving abroad, slow living and conscious lifestyle brands. My work centers on authenticity, calm aesthetics and meaningful storytelling. Here you find my UGC portfolio.

Retreats
The Slow Retreat, Ericeira Portugal —> postponed to 2027. This retreat is created for those who live full lives and rarely get the chance to truly pause. Here, you step out of the rush and into a calmer rhythm.

Commercial modeling

Yoga

My teaching style is down to earth and grounded. I teach both vinyasa and yin yoga, always using the breath as an anchor. I enjoy holding space and guiding students into deep stretches and a calm, meditative state of mind. Both online and in person for groups, individuals and companies.
